This protein carries a mouse IgG2a Fc tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 95.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 55 kDa and 110 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）

LRP6是一種跨膜低密度脂蛋白受體，與LRP5具有相似的結(jié)構(gòu)。低密度脂蛋白受體相關(guān)蛋白6是參與經(jīng)典Wnt通路的LRP5/LRP6/卷曲共受體組的關(guān)鍵組成部分。Wnt誘導(dǎo)的Fzd/LRP6共受體復(fù)合物將DVL1聚合物募集到質(zhì)膜，進(jìn)而將AXIN1/GSK3B復(fù)合物募集到細(xì)胞表面，促進(jìn)信號體的形成，抑制AXIN1/葛蘭素史克介導(dǎo)的β-連環(huán)蛋白的磷酸化和破壞。
