用途:1,3-丙二醇主要用于生產(chǎn)新型熱塑性聚酯PTT、熱塑性聚氨酯、共取聚聚酯等工程塑料，可以生產(chǎn)與四氫呋喃、Υ-丁內(nèi)酯化學(xué)性質(zhì)相類似的產(chǎn)品以及類似于PTMEC的新型聚合物，或作為涂料中的反應(yīng)溶劑。1,3-丙二醇是新型的有機(jī)原料，以其為原料可生產(chǎn)眾多的下游衍生物，市場潛力大，可用于多種藥物、醫(yī)藥中間體及新型抗氧劑的合成
