Description
Dimagnesium phosphate (MgHPO4) is a magnesium acid salt of phosphoric acid that is commonly applied as a nutrition supplement agent and culinary additive. In combination with other sodium phosphates, it can serve as a buffering agent to adjust the acidity in foods.
