Anti-trinucleotide repeat containing 4 Chemische Eigenschaften,Einsatz,Produktion Methoden
Verwenden
Rabbit Anti-SALF antibody can be used for western blot application at a concentration of 1.0μg/ml.
Allgemeine Beschreibung
Trinucleotide repeat-containing 4 (TNRC4) is a brain protein that belongs to the CELF protein family. It is involved in the splicing of tau exon 10 (tau E10).
Rabbit Anti-SALF antibody recognizes human, mouse, rat, canine, rabbit, bovine, and zebrafish TNRC4.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Members of the CELF/BRUNOL protein family contain two N-terminal RNA recognition motif (RRM) domains, one C-terminal RRM domain, and a divergent segment of 160-230 aa between the second and third RRM domains. Members of this protein family regulate pre-mRNA alternative splicing and may also be involved in mRNA editing, and translation.Members of the CELF/BRUNOL protein family contain two N-terminal RNA recognition motif (RRM) domains, one C-terminal RRM domain, and a divergent segment of 160-230 aa between the second and third RRM domains. While several transcript variants may exist for this gene, the full-length nature of only one has been biologically validated to date.
