In 2L316L material is put in a high-pressure reaction kettle 3.6mol anhydrous potassium fluoride, stirring the mixture at room temperature is under 2% fluorine nitrogen mixed gas, the mixed gas contains fluorine nitrogen 0.108mol fluorine gas, to continue stirring for half an hour; unloads in cauldron -odd pressure, adding 2mol full fluorine octyl iodide, 20mol anhydrous sulfolane, temperature under stirring to 180 °C, reaction 8h, the end of the reaction, the reaction product is cooled to the room temperature. The reaction product is distilled to obtain 1.896mol perfluoro octane, yield 94.8%.
