N,N’-Dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (14.5 g, 70.5 mmol) was added to a solution of 2-fluoroaceticacid (5 g, 64 mmcl) in THF (64 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred for 2 h at 25 °C. Theprecipitate was filtered off and the filtrate was used directly for Step 16.3.
