Reaction Conditions:

Steps:

Bicyclo[2,2,1]heptane (10.0 g, 104.0 mmol) and trifluoroacetic acid (100 mL) were added to a 250 mL round bottom flask.Concentrated nitric acid (0.3g) was added under stirring.Warming up to 45 to 50 ° C,Stir for 4 hours in an air atmosphere;The trifluoroacetic acid was removed under reduced pressure.A 10% potassium hydroxide ethanol solution (90 mL) was added to the remaining mixture.Stir for 1 hour;Ethanol was removed under reduced pressure, dichloromethane was added to the mixture, washed twice with water and dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate. Purification,The white crystalline intermediate 1-A-1 (4.7 g; 40%) was obtained.
