Tert-Butyl 2-(4-(methoxycarbonyl)phenyl)piperidine-1-carboxylate(1.98g, 6.20mmol) was dissolved in THF (10mL) and MeOH (10mL), to which was added LiOH (1.48g, 61.80mmol) in H2O (2mL) solution, reacted at room temperature for 12h, the reaction solution was added HCl solution (2mol/ L) Adjust the pH of the solution to about 5, extract with EtOAc (25ml×2), combine the organic phases, wash with saturated NaCl (20ml) solution, dry with anhydrous Na2SO4, and concentrate under reduced pressure. The concentrated solution is separated by silica gel column chromatography. Lotion: DCM/MeOH (v/v)=20/1) to obtain a white solid (1.66 g, 88%).
