Add 0.2mmol (1 equivalent) of 4-phenoxybenzoic acid, TMSCF30.6mmol, 2.0 equivalents of trifluoroacetic anhydride, 2.5 equivalents of DMAP, 2.5 equivalents of CsF, and 2.0ml of anisole in a 25mL reaction tube.solvent, and reacted at 120° C. for 15 hours under a nitrogen atmosphere.After the reaction, the target compound trifluoromethyl ketones were separated by column chromatography to obtain a yellow liquid with a yield of 85%.
