After 5 hours of reaction, the gas chromatography showed that the acetaldehyde was completely converted and the reaction was terminated.The excess isobutene recovery is applied to the next batch of reaction, the reactor is disassembled, the reaction liquid is pumped out with a peristaltic pump, filtered, and the catalyst recovery continues to be applied to the next batch of reaction,The filtrate was rectified to obtain 1 kg of toluene, 4-methyl-3-en-2-pentanol and 4-methyl-4-en-2-pentanol (383g, yield 95.7%,The molar ratio of 4-methyl-3-en-2-pentanol to 4-methyl-4-en-2-pentanol is 4:1).
