Steps:
1 synthesis of intermediate 1-1
18 g of 1,4-dihydroxynaphthalene was dissolved in 1 L of acetone, and then, 31 g of potassium carbonate and 11 g of methyl iodide were added thereto and then the mixture was stirred at room (e.g., ambient) temperature for 24 hours. The reaction solution was filtered, and the obtained filtrate was concentrated and the result was separation-purified by silica gel column chromatography to obtain Intermediate 1-1 (6.1 g, 45%)
