The obtained product V-7 was added to a mixed solution of tetrahydrofuran and water (v/v = 3/1), 2 equivalents of lithium hydroxide solid was added, and the mixture was reacted at room temperature for 4 hours.After completion of the reaction, the reaction mixture was acidified with a 1N aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid, ethyl acetate, and concentrated under reduced pressure to afford product IV-7, yield 91%.
