9.2 Step 2: Synthesis of 4,4'-(6-chloro-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diyl)bismorpholine
Synthetic method: 4-(2,6-dichloropyrimidin-4-yl)morpholine (5.0 g, 21.37 mmol) synthesized in Step 1 was dissolved in THF/EtOH (50 mL).Add morpholine (2.22 g, 25.46 mmol), potassium carbonate (4.42 g, 32.06 mmol), and react at room temperature for 12 h.After the reaction was completed by TLC, the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure and EtOAc (50mL)It was washed once with H2O (50 mL) and saturated NaCl (50 mL) and dried over anhydrous Na2SO4.The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure to give a crude product.Column chromatography purification (PE / EtOAc = 5 / 1)Obtained 5.01 g of an intermediate white solid.Yield: 82.3%;
