The compoundA (1.5 g, 9.4 mmol) was completely dissolved in chloroform (100 mL), and then N-bromosuccinimide (1.7 g, 9.4 mmol) was slowly added thereto, followed by stirring at room temperature for 30 min. The solvent was completely removed by distillation under reduced pressure, and then ethanol was added thereto at O0C, followed by stirring for 20 min. The produced precipitate was filtered out, and then the filtrate was dried under vacuum at room temperature to give a compound B (2.2 g) with a yield of 100%.
