Example 6 Synthesis of Compound 902To a solution of compound 901 (2.00 g, 11.1 mmol) in dichloromethane (30 niL) was added Dess-Martin periodinane (5.59 g, 153 mmol), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 4 hrs. After completion of the reaction, the reaction mixture was diluted with DCM, washed with water followed by brine and dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure to afford compound 902 (1.8 g, 91%). ¹H NMR (200 MHz, CDCl₃): δ 9.6 (s, IH), 2.57 (s, 2H), 1.6-2.0 (m, 15H).
