In the same manner as in Preparation Example 74-4, the objective compound (1.00 g) was obtained as white crystals from 2,4-dichloro-5-fluorobenzoic acid (1.25 g). 1H-NMR(CDCl3): 1.96(1H, t, J=7 Hz), 4.73(2H, d, J=7 Hz), 7.35(1H, d, J=9 Hz), 7.40(1H, d, J=7 Hz).
