Steps:

[00315] To a solution of compound T1-2 (300 mg, 1.31 mmol) in THF/H20/MeOH (8 mL) was added LiOH (126 mg, 5.24 mmol). The mixture was stirred at 20 °C overnight. TLC showed the reaction was completed. The mixture was dissolved with EA and water. Thesolution was adjusted to pH6 by iN HC1 solution, extracted with EA. The organic layer was dried over Na2SO4 and evaporated in vacuo to afford Ti (260 mg, 70% yield). LCMS:(M+H): 216. ‘H NMR (CDC13 400MHz) 8.11 (d, J = 7.2 Hz, 1H), 7.66 (d, J = 7.2 Hz, 1H), 7.54 (t, J = 7.2 Hz, 1H), 7.28 (d, J = 5.2 Hz, 1H), 5.92 (s, 2H), 1.96 (s, 6H) ppm.
