Steps:
Preparation of 3-dimethylamino-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-propene-1-one:
Dissolve p-methoxyacetophenone (150mg, 1.0mmol) and N,N-dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal (DMFDMA) (476mg, 4.0mmol) in about 5.0ml of DMF, and heat to reflux 3.5 hours, TLC detects that the raw material is almost completely reacted. The reaction solution was concentrated to obtain 205 mg of yellow solid with a yield of 100%.
