Steps:
1 Synthesisof 4-azido-butyl amine
1,4-dibromobutane 150.0g (694.7mmol)was dissolved in dimethylformamide 150 ml, and then aqueous solution of sodiumazide 150.0g (2.31mol) dissolved in water 450 ml was added dropwise to this,and the mixture was stirred for 8 hours at an internal temperature of 80°C ~ 8580°C . After completion of the reaction, the internal temperature wascooled to 30 ° C, water 375ml and toluene 300 ml were added, and after stirringfor 5 minutes, it was separated. The aqueous layer was re-extracted withtoluene 300 ml, and the resulting two toluene layers were combined andwashed with 20% aqueous sodium chloride solution 343.7g to obtain toluene solution of 1,4 diazidobutane.
