Nucleoside-Diphosphate Kinase，中文名為核苷二磷酸激酶，催化腺苷三磷酸(adeno-sine triphosphate, ATP)和核苷二磷酸(nucleosided iphosphate, NDP)之間的磷酸基團(tuán)轉(zhuǎn)移反應(yīng)來(lái)維持生物體細(xì)胞內(nèi)的NTP濃度。本產(chǎn)品為大腸桿菌表達(dá)的核苷二磷酸激酶，并經(jīng)簡(jiǎn)單純化獲得的可以確保達(dá)到一定酶活力的粗酶液。
由于本產(chǎn)品需新鮮制備，確認(rèn)訂購(gòu)后約6個(gè)工作日才可以發(fā)貨。個(gè)別情況首次制備出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，發(fā)貨時(shí)間會(huì)順延。

Nucleoside-diphosphate kinases (NDPKs, also NDP Kinase, (poly)nucleotide kinases and nucleoside
diphosphokinases) are enzymesthat catalyze the exchange of terminal phosphate between different nucleoside diphosphates (NDP) and triphosphates (NTP) in a reversible manner to produce nucleotide triphosphates. Many NDP serve as acceptor while NTP are donors of phosphate group. The general reaction via ping-pong mechanism is as follows: XDP + YTP ←→ XTP + YDP (X and Y each represent different nitrogenous base). NDPK activities maintain an equilibrium between the concentrations of different nucleoside triphosphates such as, for example, when guanosine triphosphate (GTP) produced in the citric acid (Krebs) cycle is converted to adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Other activities include cell proliferation, differentiation and development, signal transduction, G protein-coupled receptor, endocytosis, and gene expression. This product with the indicated enzyme activity was briefly purified from engineered E.coli.

粗酶液的每次凍融均可能會(huì)引起部分失活，所以收到酶液后請(qǐng)根據(jù)需要進(jìn)行分裝，并置于-20℃或更低溫度保存。
隨著保存時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)，酶活力會(huì)有一定程度的下降，收到產(chǎn)品后應(yīng)盡快使用。
本產(chǎn)品在生產(chǎn)和保存的過(guò)程中可能會(huì)有混濁或沉淀產(chǎn)生，融化后混勻即可，不影響正常使用。
