用途（UASES）：
廣泛應(yīng)用于半導(dǎo)體、液晶領(lǐng)域，用于改進(jìn)耐磨性，氣體阻隔性等。
Apply to semiconductor and liquid crystal field with improved scuff resistance, and gas–barrier property.
如硬盤拋光、光學(xué)玻璃拋光、加硬液、各種涂層材、彩譜分離用充填材、陶瓷粘合劑、
噴墨用紙、高效催化劑載體等等。
Such as Hard Disk Polishing, Optical Glass Polishing, Hard liquid, Coating Materials, Filling Materials for Color Spectrum Separation, Ceramic Adhesives, Ink Jet Paper, Efficient Catalyst Carrier and so on.
