  iHeir-JS膠水防霉劑是一種高效、無(wú)毒殺菌劑，適用于高分子聚合物乳液及各類水性粘合劑。亦可用于抑制細(xì)菌和真菌在生產(chǎn)和存儲(chǔ)膠水和其它含水有機(jī)產(chǎn)品中的滋生。iHeir-JS已經(jīng)被廣泛用于大容量存儲(chǔ)乳液的抗菌防腐上。美國(guó)環(huán)境保護(hù)署（EPA）已批準(zhǔn)登記iHeir-JS為水性膠水和涂料的罐內(nèi)抗菌防腐劑。大量的實(shí)驗(yàn)及實(shí)際應(yīng)用證明iHeir-JS對(duì)丙烯酸、聚醋酸乙烯粘合劑、聚苯乙烯丁酯以及其它共聚物有極好的防霉防腐功能，并且與這些產(chǎn)品中的有機(jī)和無(wú)機(jī)物成分有著極好的相容性。

iHeir-JS使用方法及用量

1.iHeir-JS膠水防霉劑產(chǎn)品的供應(yīng)形式為液體，易于混合。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明iHeir-JS的防霉防腐效果不會(huì)因不同的加入點(diǎn)而受到影響。iHeir-JS可以直接在膠水研磨、包裝前或使用膠水前加入。為確保加入iHeir-JS后的均勻分散，必須將乳液和水性粘合劑充分?jǐn)嚢瑁ńㄗh按1.0%-2.0%比例添加）。

2. 配合微生物膠囊技術(shù)加工在包裝材料上，其活性成分的濃度取決于產(chǎn)品的大小或空間的大小。

包裝及貯存：

25和160公升兩種規(guī)格，請(qǐng)將iHeir-JS膠水防霉劑存放在常溫室內(nèi)空氣流通處，請(qǐng)勿用無(wú)內(nèi)襯的金屬容器來(lái)裝本品。在普通存儲(chǔ)溫度下，該產(chǎn)品最少有一年的穩(wěn)定期。

適當(dāng)?shù)厥褂胕Heir-JS較之使用其他殺菌劑有以下優(yōu)點(diǎn)：

1. 廣譜抗菌作用：可同時(shí)抑制細(xì)菌(包括格蘭氏陰性、陽(yáng)性細(xì)菌)和真菌(酵母菌、霉菌等)。

注意事項(xiàng)：本產(chǎn)品屬于環(huán)保產(chǎn)品,但不排除個(gè)別人會(huì)產(chǎn)生過(guò)敏現(xiàn)象,因此建議使用橡膠手套和口罩操作,若不慎皮膚與藥劑接觸,可使用肥皂水清洗,產(chǎn)品若滴入眼中,應(yīng)立即使用清水沖洗,若比較嚴(yán)重者,建議立即就醫(yī).

- the sensitivity antibacterial agent for the sensitivity formula of water - borne glue

' - js glue is an efficient and non-toxic bactericide, suitable for polymer emulsion and various kinds of waterborne adhesives. It can also be used to inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi in the production and storage of glue and other aqueous organic products. I - js has been widely used in the antimicrobial preservation of large capacity storage emulsions. The United States environmental protection agency ( EPA ) has approved the registration of' - js as an antibacterial preservative in a tank of water-based glue and paint. A large number of experiments and practical applications show that' - js has excellent anti - corrosion function for acrylic acid, polyvinyl acetate adhesive, butyl polystyrene and other copolymers, and has excellent compatibility with organic and inorganic components in these products.

The use of' - js and its usage

1. the supply of the' - js Glue products is liquid and is easy to mix. The experimental results show that the mould proof - js effect of mould proof - js will not be affected by different points of entry. ' - js can be added directly before the glue grinding, packaging or using glue. In order to ensure the uniform dispersion of the' - js, the emulsion and water-based adhesive must be fully stirred ( recommended to be added at 1.0 % - 2.0 % ). 

2. the concentration of the active ingredient in the packaging material depends on the size or the size of the product. 

Packaging and storage:

25 and 160 litres of the two specifications, please keep the' - js glue fungicide in the room temperature room air circulation, do not use the metal metal container to install this product. At the ordinary storage temperature, the product has at least one year of stability.
