Human SIGIRR, Fc Tag (SIR-H5255) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Met 1 - His 118 (Accession # Q6IA17-1).

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 39.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 50-60 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

單免疫球蛋白IL-1相關(guān)受體（SIGIRR），也稱為Toll/白細(xì)胞介素-1受體8，是白細(xì)胞介蛋白-1受體（IL-1R）家族的成員。SIGIRR作為Toll樣和IL-1R受體信號(hào)通路的負(fù)調(diào)節(jié)因子?？赡芡ㄟ^(guò)TIR-TIR結(jié)構(gòu)域與TLR4的相互作用，減弱受體近端信號(hào)成分向TLR4受體的募集。通過(guò)其細(xì)胞外結(jié)構(gòu)域干擾Il1R1和IL1RAP的異二聚化。
