背景（Background）
5'-核苷酸酶（5'-NT），也稱為胞外-5'-核苷酸酶或CD73（分化簇73），是由NT5E基因編碼的酶。CD73通常用于將AMP轉化為腺苷。外切5-三核苷酸酶（5-核糖核苷酸磷酸水解酶）在中性pH下催化嘌呤5-三核苷酸轉化為核苷，優(yōu)選的底物是AMP。其他形式的5-三聚核苷酸酶存在于細胞質和溶酶體中，可以通過其底物親和力、對二價鎂離子的需求、ATP的激活和無機磷酸鹽的抑制與胞外NPT5區(qū)分開來。罕見的等位基因變異與成人發(fā)病的關節(jié)和動脈鈣化綜合征（CALJA）有關，該綜合征影響髂、股和脛動脈，減少腿部和手腳關節(jié)的循環(huán)，導致疼痛。
