Mouse SIRP alpha, His Tag is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Lys 32 - Asn 373 (Accession # P97797-1).

背景(Background)
酪氨酸蛋白磷酸酶非受體型底物1(SHPS1)也稱為CD172抗原樣家族成員A(CD172a)、巨噬細胞融合受體、MyD-1抗原、信號調節(jié)蛋白α(SIRPA或SIRPα)或p84,是SIRP家族的成員,也屬于免疫球蛋白超家族。SIRP-alpha在大腦中普遍存在并高度表達。SIRPA/CD172a是CD47的免疫球蛋白樣細胞表面受體,作為對接蛋白,誘導PTPN6、PTPN11和其他結合伴侶從細胞質轉移到質膜。SIRPA/SHPS-1支持小腦神經(jīng)元的粘附、神經(jīng)突起的生長和神經(jīng)膠質細胞的附著,可能在突觸發(fā)生過程中的細胞內信號傳導和突觸功能中發(fā)揮關鍵作用。SIRPA/MyD1參與細胞粘附、生長因子或胰島素誘導的受體酪氨酸激酶偶聯(lián)細胞反應的負調控,并介導吞噬作用、肥大細胞活化和樹突狀細胞活化的負調控。CD47結合阻止未成熟樹突細胞的成熟,并抑制成熟樹突細胞產生細胞因子。
