Galectin-9分子背景

半乳凝素-9（LGALS9）也被稱為腫瘤抗原HOM-HD-21和凝集素。半乳凝素是一個(gè)蛋白質(zhì)家族，由其對(duì)β-半乳糖苷糖的結(jié)合特異性定義，如N-乙酰乳糖胺（Galβ1-3GlcNAc或Galβ1-2GlcNAc），可以通過(guò)N-連接或O-連接的糖基化與蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)合。半乳凝素-9對(duì)Forssman五糖具有很高的親和力，也是HAVCR2/TIM3的配體。此外，半乳凝素-9通過(guò)引起巨噬細(xì)胞活化和IL1B分泌來(lái)刺激受感染巨噬細(xì)胞的殺菌活性，從而限制細(xì)胞內(nèi)細(xì)菌的生長(zhǎng)。
