LGR5分子背景
LGR5（也稱為GPR49）是GPCR a類視紫紅質(zhì)樣家族的七跨膜蛋白。LGR5和LGR4以高親和力結(jié)合R-敏感蛋白，并通過增強Wnt誘導的LRP6磷酸化來介導Wnt/β-catenin信號傳導的增強。LGR5/RSPO復合物可以通過中和兩種跨膜E3連接酶RNF43和ZNRF3來促進Wnt信號傳導。
