Description：Tat-NR2BAA 是 Tat-NR2B9c (HY-P0117) 的對照肽 (control peptide)，是由20個氨基酸組成的直鏈多條，沒有活性。Tat-NR2BAA 的序列與 Tat-NR2B9c 相似，但在 COOH 末端 tSXV 基序中有一個雙點突變，這使得它無法結合 PSD-95。Tat-NR2B9c 是一種可通透細胞膜的多肽，破壞 PSD-95/NMDAR 的結合。
Tat-NR2BAA is a control peptide of Tat-NR2B9c (HY-P0117), consisting of 20 amino acids with multiple straight chains and no activity. The sequence of Tat-NR2BAA is similar to that of Tat-NR2B9c, but there is a double point mutation in the tSXV motif at the end of COOH, which makes it unable to bind to PSD-95. Tat-NR2B9c is a peptide that can penetrate the cell membrane and disrupt the binding of PSD-95/NMDAR.
