IOTA-663A,B Liquid Silicone rubber foam is a kind of addition cure silicone rubber, belongs to two-component addition cure silicone rubber. It is composed by two components, two components in a weight ratio of 1: 1 mixture began to foam and then formed to low density silicone rubber like foam.

Properties:
1. Expansion ratio: 2-6 times
2. Food-grade, non-toxic, tasteless.

3. Has excellent heat resistance, the temperature can reach 300 degrees.

4. Finished product density: 200 ~ 500kg / M3 

5. Soft and flexible, it is good environmental filler material.

IOTA663 series silicone foam is a liquid compound which cures at room temperature to a medium density foam with the addition of a curing agent. The product is a teo-component compount, supplied in kit form. Thorough mixing of the curing agent with the base compound initiates the chemical reaction which resultes in the formation of foam within 20 minutes at room temperature

Precautions for use:

1) Please take a little amount for a try in before the formal application; in order to operation skills.

2) Please mix the part A and part B according to the instructions; and also pay attention that the ratio is measured by weight. After the mixing of part A and part B, please stir it evenly, in case the incomplete cure.

3) The 20 degree is better for the operation temperature; or the expansion ratio will tend to be lower at a lower temperature.

4) To avoid contacting with the tin, phosphorus, ammonium, chlorine, carboxylic acid, thiol, hydroxyl etc., or the product will lose its effectiveness.

Uses:

Silicone rubber foam mainly used to make silicone rubber foam seal strip, Seismic silicone foam board, silicone foam sheet, Copier transfer printing roller sponge tube, Printer axis sponge tube, Silicone foam insulation pipe and etc. It is mainly used as shock absorption parts and can also be used for bags padding and etc.

A/B silicone rubber all packed in 20kg、25kg、200kg/drum.
