Usage: This product is a high-temperature foaming agent. Its performance is similar to that of foaming agent RA, and its use is the same. It can be replaced by each other, depending on the price and cost of the product. It is especially suitable for high-temperature processing plastics, such as rigid polyvinyl chloride, high-density polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, nylon, ABS, natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and other synthetic rubber foaming agents. The addition of ZBS / ZTS can reduce the decomposition temperature, which is suitable for low temperature foaming products. AC / BH compound foaming agent with decomposition temperature of 120-190 ℃ can be prepared by compounding with ADC foaming agent, which can promote ADC foaming and increase gas production. The decomposition product is colorless and can be mixed with sodium bicarbonate to prepare heat balance white hair foaming agent with high gas production. It is widely used for foaming slippers, sole, insole, plastic wallpaper, ceiling, PVC floor leather, artificial leather, thermal insulation and sound insulation materials.
