JF669, SE 是一種紅色的熒光染料，可與含巰基的鹵代標(biāo)記配體在溫和的條件下 (DIEA, DMF) 反應(yīng)，一步形成 JF669?HaloTag (Ex = 669 nm; Em = 682 nm)。
JF669 undergoes rapid conversion to thioether product (<5 min to completion) in organic solvents, where the dye predominantly adopts the closed form. JF669 displays comparatively excellent photostability, retaining 97% fluorescence after the same number of cycles.
