MPEG8-N3 Usage And Synthesis
Descriptionm-PEG8-azide is a monodisperse PEG linker containing an azide group. It isreactive with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage.
Usesm-PEG8-azide is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs. m-PEG8-azide is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
