DescriptionN-(Propargyl-PEG4-carbonyl)-N-bis(PEG1-methyl ester) is a crosslinker that can react with azide compounds or biomolecules via copper catalyzed Click Chemistry to form a stable triazole linkage. The methyl ester groups can be hydrolyzed, reduced, or substituted under different conditions.
UsesN-(Propargyl-PEG4-carbonyl)-N-bis(PEG1-methyl ester) is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. N-(Propargyl-PEG4-carbonyl)-N-bis(PEG1-methyl ester) is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
