Description
Useful as a cryoprotectant.Glycerol is evolved in the storage and concentration of enzymes. It plays a vital role in sample preparation and gel formation for polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. It is also used to aid in casting gradient gels, protein stabilizer and storage buffer component.
