Uses

Deoxynucleotide set, 100 mM has been used in the amplification of DNA in polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) techniques. It has also been used in multiplex PCR.

General Description

Deoxynucleotide triphosphates (dNTPs) is highly essential to amplify DNA. This dNTP set contains 100mM solutions of individual dNTPs (dATP, dCTP, dGTP and TTP) in separate tubes for convenience and easy PCR reaction setup.
