化學(xué)性質(zhì)
無色液體。呈梨、蘋果似果香、花香、鳶尾和玫瑰香氣，略有脂香。沸點(diǎn)176.7～178℃，或76～77℃(3325Pa)，閃點(diǎn)60℃。溶于乙醇，溶于乙醚等大多數(shù)有機(jī)溶劑，不溶于水。
天然品存在于金柑皮油等中。
用途
食品用香料。
生產(chǎn)方法
由甲胺和溴代正庚烷一起煮沸而得?；蛴杉姿崤c庚醇直接酯化而成。
