延胡索甲素為季胺類生物堿,是罌粟科紫堇屬植物延胡索(Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang)塊莖中的主要有效成分之一。現(xiàn)代藥理學(xué)表明延胡索甲素不僅有鎮(zhèn)痛、興奮子 宮、抗心律失常等作用,延胡索甲素具有抗嗎啡樣作用,還可用于制備為戒毒藥物。
延胡索甲素在無毒性范圍內(nèi)能夠有效地抑制呼吸道病毒的復(fù)制,可進(jìn)一步開發(fā)為治療或預(yù)防病毒性呼吸道疾病的藥物,具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。

Corydaline (12.5-50 μM; 24 hours) treatment inhibits EV71 replication by suppressing the COX-2 expression and the phosphorylation of JNK MAPK and P38 MAPK but not ERK MAPK in vitro.
Corydaline could inhibit the viral RNA synthesis in a dose dependent manner.
