Cobalt octoate is the most active surface drier. It has strong oxygen transport ability to promote the drying of the coating film. It has the strongest catalytic drying performance among similar catalysts. Compared with cobalt naphthenate with the same content, the viscosity is reduced, the fluidity is good, and the color is good. Light, suitable for high-grade, white or light-colored paints and light-colored unsaturated polyester resins.
